Shipping policy

All items are made to order and are processed/accepted based on the event date (excluding supplies; when done reading this please see below). We will not start your order until 2 weeks prior to your event date.

Our current process time is 2 weeks. Please allow the full 2 weeks plus 2-5 days for your order to arrive. If you need your items sooner, a rush fee will be required.

Priority or express shipping will not speed up the processing time, only the time it takes to arrive once shipped.

All orders will be shipped out based on the event's date. Even though we will ship your order in a timely fashion, we cannot guarantee items will be delivered by a specific date and/or time. 

Make sure someone is home to receive your package. Please note we are not responsible for any carrier that delivers your order. Dainty & Co. is not responsible for holiday time late deliveries, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We also are not responsible for any incorrect shipping information put in which may hinder the client from receiving their order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable or transferable.

For damages: Please take several photos of the damaged goods and start a claim with the shipping carrier. We will assist you the best we can. Unfortunately, receiving a refund from the shipping carrier is not guaranteed.

FOR SUPPLIES: 

All orders are shipped on Monday-Friday!  Orders will typically take 3-5 days to arrive at their destination (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE BOWS & FONDANT TOPPERS). Orders are shipped via USPS/UPS and occasionally can take longer due to post office/UPS common issues. If you need your supplies in a rush it's recommended that you purchase expedited shipping.
